Salt of the Season
To some people, salt is evil. To others, it makes everything taste better. Some people must have sea salt, and others require Kosher salt. What do these terms mean? Is sea salt better than salt that doesn’t have “sea” in its label. What’s the best way to use salt? How should it be measured? As usual, I have a few thoughts on the matter.
