Whisking Away
If you are like most people, you probably own at least one “whisk” (or “whip” as some people call it). You certainly cannot go into a typical cooking store without seeing a slew of whisks on display. Do you know the difference between various whisks? Which features make sense and which do not? Do you even use a whisk? Whether you do or you don’t, I have a few thoughts to contribute to the subject.
